Default how to decrease my bust

hey everyone.. new here.. joined up because i need some help with an exercise/ anything to reduce the size of my breasts..
sounds weird but i've been gaining a lot of weight on my chest and keep jumping bra sizes..currently a 36G.. which is a bit of a confidence killer.. i'm 19
anyway.. i haven't gained much weight on the rest of my body because of cycling/walking etc but because my diet hasnt been good my bboobs keep growing
anyway, some good tips on how to workout my breasts would be really helpful
also, i heard something about what kind of bra one hsould wear when working out affects whether or not they become bigger or smaller.. definitely dont want them to grow once i start gyming
any help appreciated! thanks

also.. i currently weigh 175lb and am around 5'4.
it's odd cos about 3 months ago i weighed 165 and since then people have said i've lost weight. think some of the areas in my body have gotten toned because of walking/ biking and the weight i've gained has gone straight to my boobs

Just wear a leotard hon, it will take eyes off your chest and direst them towards your hips and legs.

Unfortunately you can't 'spot lose' weight. Fat is fat. Invest in a good sports bra and make sure you are eating healthy and getting a lot of exercise. Chest is the first place I lose weight. Maybe you just need to change up your workouts a bit to keep your body guessing.
