So a few new workouts this week has some of my muscles volumizing
. I don't know if there's another word for it ... basically, muscles swell and start to store water; it can make the scale stall or teeter in the wrong direction. Anyway, I know it's a good thing and it's only temporary. I'm just venting. I'm trying to push through an emotional time so my workouts have been extra productive the past few days, hehe. |

Yeah, if I am in a bad mood or just emotional, I just go to the gym and really work it. Really helps to be in a rotten pissy mood to get a great workout!
I did not know about that muscle volumizing? Maybe that is why I feel like have been kind of swollen in my muscles. I have been doing a little too much muscle work the last couple weeks. Interesting. |
