Red face Sports Bras??

I am jogging using the Wii. I am using the Wii Fit and I also use the EA Sports Active. So basically its jogging in place to get my heart pumping.

Unfortunately the jog bras I already have aren't doing their job. I am bouncing all over the place and its awkward and painful.

I am looking for a good sports bra that will keep the twins in check.

I have gain a fair amount of weight so my cup size has gone up 3 sizes.

I like champion brand the best. You can get them at target. Get one that is slightly padded and has shaped cups, otherwise they are useless.

I've found you really have to try them on. What works for me at my ideal weight (or close to it) is not what worked well when I first started working out and had more bust (and everything else LOL). You don't want to be spilling out the sides or bouncing around. But doing pilates (tried that for the first time yesterday) may have a different comfort need than running.

champion bra is really the best! but if nothing is working for you, wear a regular bra underneath the sports bra. it gives you extra support. it has always worked for me, just give it a try
