If you have a park nearby get them all up there playing soccer, softball, frisbee. Something everyone will have doing. Bike rides, walking the dog.

If you can't get them away from the TV, go by yourself. Otherwise you could do the Wii.

My other half loves the Wii, whilst watching his teenagers try to out beat him, even his Mother gives it a go and it makes the family get together and have fun at the same time and laughter.

If you can't get them out to "exercise" then ask them to all go on a picnic at a park or lake and after eating everyone could go for a walk around the area.
Maybe find a state park near by you can hike on?

Talking Swimming!!!!!!!!!!

It's really fun and burns a lot of calories. It's easier than running and causes no impact.

Swimming is the best sport in the world!!!!!!!!
