Cool I'm really Trying!

I started my new way of life in october it is now december and i have only lost ten pounds. I have plateu'd! I know this so I am working harder to get it going again.

I got to comfortable and Stopped Excersizing for two or three weeks. I'm glad my weight didnt go back up but I want to be 20 to 25 pould lighter for christmas.

This has made me sad but more determind to lose it.
the weather has been extreamly mild for Wisconsin and I started up jogging and speed walking I cant keep up a solid jog yet but thats because My lungs are still healing from smoking for 8 years.

I actually took my husband with me the other day. a big mistake. I know he didnt mean to or even thought about it but he mocked me and made it harder for me.

I wont be taking him with me again.
Just thought I would share that with you ladies you are all a great support to me and I will keep you updated

I have the same plateu problem frequently. I have found the best soultion is to over eat a little bit for a few days. Chances are you arn't eating enough and your body needs to know if it's still going to be fed so it can burn some more calories. If you don't already, start lifting wieghts. Muscle burns more calories than fat does
