Default Why Exercise is Amazing!!!

OK I"ve been at it again for 2 days and I feel AMAZING! I know if you read my other posts to ppl on emotional issues i'm always advising for ppl to eat less sugar and do something physical.

So if i'm gonna talk the talk I have to walk the walk! I have been feeling so bogged down and getting to a point of exhaustion and being overwhelmed. Why you ask? because I was not working my body I was only working my mind!!!!! Mental Exhaustion and not making very good choices.

After 2 days I feel more focused and happy all the time! Those feel good brain chemicals and being released. Working out is giving me a chance to listen completly to my body and shutting up my MIND! I don't have time to listen to the chatter of why, why, why or why I have not made enough progress with my business. What are the solutions.

These solutions come from within but I gotta dig down deep and get them!


I hope my BF starts working out. He would feel so much better. I believe it would help our relationship. The hour I take for myself shuts down all my concerns for everything else. At the moment the workout is intense and I have to concentrate on my own body and my own needs. Its really a gift I give to myself everyday.

I am sooo sore.... the muscle pain is to the BONE! Its the best PAIN i've felt in a long time. my muscle pain will heal its self just as this will help heal emotional pain and get my life moving in the right direction again.

I've tapped back into myself I feel clarity even if everything around me is so uncertain.

I love this feeling

I do feel so much better when exersizing regularly. Just recently I'm getting back into Yoga is really good too. It all really helps me get on a more even keel - and I've been a bit of an emotional teeter totter lately so I'm amping it up.

Wow Joy what an inspiration....

You made me remember how I felt when I took Kia for long walks and how alive i felt after, like you I concentrate on "mental work", here, as a Real Estate Agent but to work on me, well in addition I felt "sexy" and "alive" thank you for reminding me that it's important...

It just seems to change your whole attitude and it gives back to YOU.

Please don't feel if your boyfriend doesn't join you, you failed. This is for YOU remember not a way to make him change to suit.

Don't take that the wrong way, you know i'm good...

But do this for you and I will do it with you, much like those candles.

One thing I really like about yoga class is that it is guided. For that hour I am focused on the movements and my breathing and I shut out my brain's chatter and hear the teacher and my breath only. I always feel so much more centered after class.

CW glad I could inspire! I already have a work out buddy this is for me and me only its my hour to focus on me and the work out is intense I have to fully concentrate on how I control my body its amazing!

There are 12 workouts and the program last 12 weeks. There is a Yoga workout wildchild its on Thursday! I love Yoga too!

I'm already smoking less and well that's something I want to give up.

If my bf doesnt start a workout program its all good... that's up to him. I just hope he does so he feels good too. I don't want to work out with him. We use to workout in our home gym together but we sold that and haven't since. This is about my own natural habits of who I am. Exercise pumps me up and gives me a high nothing else can!

Agreed! There's nothing like getting your blood flowing. It's an indescribable feeling.

I have been working out in the mornings and I can just feel a difference. When I don't do it I just feel bad and tried. I like the way working out makes me look and better yet, my mind. Working out is fun!!!

I feel the same way. I'm glad I"m not the only one though. When I end up missing a day's exercise, I do feel bad too.

My husband doesn't understand why, so I'm glad someone out there feels the same as I do... Thank you..
