Default Flat Tummy?! Who doesnt want one??? =)

hey girls (and guys?),
i was just wondering if anyone had any recommended exercise routines to help get a flat and toned belly decently fast. I mean i know the basics, lots of crunches, and cardio, etc... but i was wondering if anyone has anything in particular that has worked especially well for them. Possibly even certain foods that they are eating along with their workout. Ive already changed my diet completely and cut down carbs and fat and am now eating healthier meals full of veggies and fruits and lots of protein so im hoping that will help also. thanks everyone! i know we all wana have that flat toned tummy!

I went on a 2 and a half week tuna only diet.

Now that I am somewhat satisfied with my results.. i take it easy and just take in enough protein and not overdo it.

Even if you burn all that fat doing cardio.. you still need to take in a certain amount of protein to be able to develop define abs.

The equipment I find works best for me is the decliner.
When I first started on the decliner, I would do 50 crunches, then 2 sets of 50 w/ 10 or 15lb weight, then another 50 crunches without weights.

Now I am averaging about 400 crunches.

I also work on my sides with weights.

The equipment I find best for lower abs is the one where you press ur back against this crushing through.. standing upwards and lifting up your legs.

I started doing 5 sets of 10.. now I am averaging 7-10 sets of 15.

I find that the elliptical didn't really do anything for me. And that I burn less calories on the elliptical than the treadmill (edited). On the treadmill I walk the first 3 minutes, run nonstop for the next 20-35mins, then cool down with a 3 min walk.

If you do not want muscular calves, I'd avoid the stairmaster.

Here is a 3 week comparison for you when I was on a tuna diet during my workout.

Before: I am skinny but was not toned in the abdomen area at all

After: 3 week tuna only and 4-5 days a week of cardio and ab workout

If you wish to post a picture (it must only have yourself in it) and also can't show any form of nudity, even though your covering your breasts

Tuna I think is an excellent part of a diet...by the way.

um was just reading wat everyone is writing here,, but um,, its not good to just b on a tuna diet,, everyday ,, bc of the mercury in it,, if you dont believe me you can go and check,, i looked it up right b4 i posted ,, just to make sure i dont look silly lol,, but i wouldnt recommend it everyday ,, it will have harmful affects if consumed that much,, dont believe me,, check it out,, nrdc has a whole chart,, on how much you should consume,, and the effects it can have on your body ,, there are many things you can do to tone up and lose weight you dont have to limit urself to just tuna everyday
