Default Cellulite rear and flubbery belly :)

Hey everyone, okay here is my problem: they back of my thighs as well as my rear has a lot of cellulite is there a way to reduce them or get rid of them? Also, what is a good daily work out plan for my flubbery tummy?
Thank you everyone !

For the thighs and butt, I would recommend doing a lot of squats and maybe something like rollerblading. The key thing to remember when trying to tone up is that just about anything will work if you can feel the pressure on the muscles in the area. You should feel the muscles in the thighs tighten and work. The next day or two, you may notice some slight tension and even soreness in that area, telling you that you were working it. Experiment with positions of standing and kneeling to figure out what movements will make those muscles work.

Same thing for the tummy area. Try something like stomach crunches or anything that will get those tummy muscles flexing.

Last year I went on a major get rid of my tummy fitness routine... Did lots of cardio and to do the tightening I did lots and LOTS of leg lifts... As for the thigh area I never really mastered that down, squats should do the trick. I guess I'm just bottom heavy so my tummy was the first to slim down...
