Default is skippin rope a good exercise?

hi all.. i was told that skippin rope s not good for girls above 12 or 13.. wil it affect pregnancy? it is said that the position of the uterus changes slightly.. is it so?? do help me.. thanks..

Skipping rope is a great exercise.

I supper if this were the 19th century you might be concerned about a wondering uterus and the resulting Hysteria... But nowadays we know that's nonsense.

Jumping rope is great exercise indeed, and even better if you enjoy it!
