Default Fitness Test Coming up Soon. Need Advice

I have to do a running test, which requires me to run 3 miles in 36 minutes at whatever speed I choose. I am getting more tense as time goes on.
I need advice on how to relax my muscles the day before testing, and how to prevent from panicking on test day. i have been practicing, but Im not as fias I should be to get a 100% score.
any tips can help. for example
-how to breathe
-relaxing exercises
-stretches

If you are going to do 3 miles in 36 mins it will have to be 12 minute miles, so I assume you mean that you can do it quicker. Why do you have to do this?

Ok, first- remember to breath. That's huge. Constantly remind yourself when you are jogging to relax your arms and hands and to breath.

Jog around before the test and get your legs warmed up a little, then stretch. don't stretch cold, it's actually worse. Don't worry about using energy, you'll actually go faster with a good warm up.
