You can also put a broom at the back of your neck, extend your arms on both sides and twist, not too fast or far as you get used to it.
Climb stairs up and down.
Walk 20 minutes every day at a fast pace.
And, unfortunately, it's fatty foods - goes straight to our waist so for a month, stick to fruits/veg/seeds/avocados/eggs/wholemeal breads/tomato base sauces only/no fried foods/200gms only of red meat twice a week/fish and lean white meats/tuna...
That's what I do when I want to get back into shape... Every winter I just allow myself to go with the flow and that's exactly where my weight shows, only the stomach and that is what I do, in addition naturally water, water, water and it goes very quickly.
