Use bodyweight, use bands, use medicine balls and try to stay away from most machines. I am huge on using things that can transfer into real life. I don't train in normal ways, I am definitely different than most trainers, but get results quite quickly and teach my clients how to stay that way. Making healthy choices. I teach that if you will eat well 90% of the time then the other 10% when you "cheat" won't make a difference. Its actually quite easy and can be something to look forward to.
