    Hi

    I always exercise every day in the morning, i will go for good walk as i believe that walking is good exercise for me.

    Improving your level of fitness needn't be hard work, find some activity that you enjoy, maybe with your partner, family or friends. But remember that exercise releases chemicals to the brain such as serotonin which has a great effect on your mood, helping to reduce anxiety, stress and depression.

    I don't suggest much exercise in gym as when you Stop doing exercise in GYM you will start gaining weight The best thing was that you are doing like cutting calories in your diet, do some yoga when ever you get time in office or at home and on week end do more it will help you much and also you are doing good things.
