Cardio and strength training. Be patient and stick with it.

Worked wonders over two days? You realize there's a physiological limit to how fast one can mobilize and oxidize fat, right? How are you suggesting this supplement has worked, exactly?

Toning is a function of losing fat while maintaining or building muscle. It's really that simple.

Fat loss comes from being in a negative calorie state (more energy out than in) and muscle building/maintenance comes from lifting weights appropriately.

If you have specific questions let them fire.

Well my family has noticed even that's it working already. Its a simple sugar free coolaid drink type of supplement.I feel great, and I'm hoping ill look that way sooner of later. I do outdoor activities a lot, excersise at nite, and drink the supplement 2 times daily.

Hmmm well the reason your losing so fast is bbecause the supplement is dehydrating you and making you poop. Right....

the best way to tone up everywhere is cardio... start running swimming or getting on an eliptical.

If you would liek some help/info dieting and working out just let me know im a personal trainer I Love helping other women out!

Like good girl, I am also in this toning stuff. I have been sedentary for the last 3 weeks because of a collarbone injury, and I have gained 3 pounds already.

What things can I do to at least keep my muscles toned and my weight under control (aside from watching my diet), keeping in mind that I still cannot use my right arm because of the injury.

My midsection is disturbing!

yoga and walking are awesome. i have been doing yoga most days and walking every day for the past three months and everyone keeps asking me how much weight i've lost. i havent changed my diet, but notice my clothes are looser. so they would have to be my suggestion.
