Talking workout schedule.

ok so i recently went back to my local gym, i have been off for 2 months due to surgeries and accidents. i am doing a lot of the cardio classes.
basically i do either step, body sculpting, abs/ core fusion, cardio mix and yoga. from monday- friday. i take the weekended off to rest. i am wondering if i keep this up would i see more of a difference in my weight/ toning up? i want my body back, i had a great body last year but because of sickness i gained a few pounds here and there. i want to tighen mostly my abs, back my of thighs and butt. any ideas? or is what i am doing fine?

Be patient and just keep doing what you're doing. Diet is essential so as long as you have your diet in check and your cardio is getting done you will see your results.

How long have you been back to the gym now? Be careful not to overdo your workouts also...as long as you are healing well and you start in slow and steady, you can kick it up as your body completely heals.

I have injured myself too previously and you have to be really careful and go slow...now I am back at it, my ankle is healed and my workouts are much better.
One advice to you-go slow and be careful

If you look at my before and after pictures you will see what weight training will do for you! Keep doing cardio but focus on weight training for fat loss and some great looking arms and legs! Diet is a must too. I believe 80% of your figure will be from your diet! Your body will come back expecially if you used to workout! Keep up the hard work and don't get frustrated. Be patient and you will see results!
