Not gonna lie, diet COULD change for the better. I used to love green smoothies but these past few months have been too lazy to make them. Perhaps tonight!

Also been sticking to the walking thing, even when I'm tired. Gotta say, walking (especially brusquely) is a great way to get yer bowels moving.

Weight lifting is a must (not heavy weights and you won't get big muscles), you can target certain areas along with large trunk exercises swimming, cycling, walking. OTYA is correct on caloric intake. The key is changing the types of exercises, they retain muscle memory and get used to a certain level of activity. The worst thing is reduce the calories too much, body thinks it starving and will store everything as fat. I would suggest hiring a personal trainer to learn the different exercises and diet tips. Once you get used to the regimen you will see results. My wife started this way and then enjoyed it so much she became a personal trainer for awhile. short while became a personal trainer.
