Heya,
I was wondering what work out dvd's everyone here uses. I live NO where NEAR a gym, so I have to resort to finding a few good dvds. I do the Carmen Electra Fit to strip, this dvd is a REALLY great workout... for your legs, butt and arms, but I find it hard to feel it in my abs and its not really any cardio. I was wondering about good dvds for aerobics and other dvds for lifting weights/ ball work outs. Let me know which ones you're doing!

I have the Billy boot camp dvd's its a great workout, targeting all parts of the body/ Winsor pilates is also another great dvd. Both billys bootcamp and winsor pilates have different stages of dvd, first might be basics then they abs workout and so on.i highly recommend those 2.
