Default Weird Recurring Breast Implant Sensation/Pain After Workout...

    Hi,

I have 4 year old Breast Implants, done by a very reputable and well known Plastic Surgeon in Miami Florida.

Ever since my surgery, I have had a very strange recurring sensation in my chest during and after working out.

Sometimes it is slightly painful, but most of the time it just feels weird.

Does anyone know of some SAFE weight exercises I can do, which will not hurt my implants?

I used to be on a very strict workout routine, with supersets and functional training, but ever since this Sensation began, I have been afraid of working out.

    Help!

    -Rita

You might take a look at the Classical Stretch program. Miranda Esmond White, who created the programs had breast cancer and developed a stretch program to help women (and men) who've had breast cancer surgery recover their mobility and reduce pain. I'd guess that would involve pretty much the same thing.
