    I did my first real hardcore toning workout in a while last night... Let's just say I can barely move today...

    My legs hate me, but at the same time... It feels sooo good to be sore again I'll be back in decent shape again in no time

    What types of things were you doing? Just curious. I would love to be that sore too!

    I've started doing some of the P90X workouts mixed in with some Zumba and dance workouts... The P90X Core Synergystics is what really got my sore again. I can't commit to the entire program of 7 hours a week but I am incorporating some of the workouts back into my workout until summer gets here and I do have the time.

    i love getting to that place where your workouts that USED to be hard and make you sore, suddenly don't really phase you anymore..then you know it's time to turn up the heat and go to that next level of intensity. and the process starts all over again...

    Bout to start hitting the weights hard for summer time. Got my body fat in check so now time to bulk up! You're not alone!
