Im almost 20, and I used to jog for about 20 minutes every mon-fri. And I want to start again, but Im a little concerned about my boobs. A friend told me jogging and doing push ups, pull ups and anything else that works your pecs makes your boobs get smaller because the muscle is building so the fat is burning. Ive also hear it makes them bigger because the muscle is building over the fat and it also makes it look like your in a push up bra even if your not..
I like the size my boobs are, I wouldnt mind getting a little bigger but smaller... I would mind that.

    Thanks.

Booby size is more dependant on my bodyfat % and my genetic make-up than anything else.

I never seen real evadince that pushups, other calisthenics or jogging can spot reduce fat in one spicific spot or another. That said, if you lose fat, you are likely to lose at least some in your top.

Comeon! That is so irrelevant. I used to jog for about 2 years and i never found any such difference in my boobs size at lease
Though my thighs reduced to very smart figure so do not give yourself a chance to run away from running. Tie up your laces and get on the jogging track

IMO, you'll be looking much more athletic through this training, which will change your posture and your whole charisma... which will by far outweigh the minute reduction in boob size that might not even occur (that's sort of a hormonal thing too).

So I'd say: just go for it!

If you lose a large percentage of body fat your breasts will get smaller. Doesn't matter what exercise you are doing. It all depends what body fat you are starting with and what you lose. Building muscle in that area could make them seem slightly larger and support them better so less sagging but the reason there is contradicting info is again if you lose body fat your breasts get smaller. If you are trading off fat for that muscle then you won't appear to gain anything compared to if you are just building muscle without excess fat to lose.

Really it's only a big deal for those who gain a lot of body fat and then lose it again. Small changes aren't going to do much. Due to medication I gained 50lbs (all fat) from 105 where I was slightly underweight and my breasts gained more than 2 bra sizes. Lots of stretch marks from the skin accomodating the sudden increase in fat. Now I'm losing it again and my breasts are starting to sag like partially deflated balloons. If we're just talking getting more toned and cardio to get in better shape rather than a huge cut in body fat like that then you are unlikely to notice much change.
