Default Fun fitness ideas for someone who has NO time

My boyfriend has a very long commute to work, so he leaves at 6 in the morning, gets back at 630 at night. He NEEDS some kind of fitness routine though, he needs to burn off energy that sometimes gets turned into anxiety, anger, and frustration. Maybe something we could do together?

He used to do football, wrestling and track. He likes football, but i can only see him able to do that on weekends. Can you think of anything people can do (besides running) that is high energy but fun and able to squeeze in randomly? Now that summer is coming nearer, it will be light out later which would allow more time to be active. Thanks!

Do you have a school or park nearby that you can play 1-on-1 basketball? It's simple, high energy (if you play hard), cheap and fun. What about going for a bike ride after dinner every night?

The bikes are a good idea, but we would have to purchase them. Just assume we have nothing at our disposal. We are in Germany for a year, and we couldn't bring all of our own stuff with us. Neither one of us like basketball so much. THanks for the ideas!

Do you have racquetball courts over there. That's super fun.

Well as you say Summer, so any light play would do for him. I would not suggest football and baseball like games as they require full mood and attention. What he needs is just a little run away form his hectic day routine.
Do you have a home gym or a swimming pool as this is summer so cool water swimming is the best way to stay cool minded and stay fit as well.

Oh this is a good idea if you have the courts. Racquetball is a BLAST!

    Sex!

(Kidding, though it -does- have its benefits!). How about something like Wii games, rollerblading/skating, ice skating, tennis? I assume that you have access to a park, skating rink or gym. If not, maybe just a walk around the neighborhood, water balloon fights, pick-up games of soccer, swimming, boating, weight lifting? If you have the funds, try looking up a stable for a trail ride! It's more exercise than you'd expect, especially longer rides, and some stables here offer moonlight rides, etc which would fit your boyfriend's schedule. Not sure what you could find over there but it's worth a look!

    Whatever you decide, good luck!

    lol's...

You could add, spending first, a 10 minutes chase to that, who ever catches who first, is the first one that begins gaining all the benefits...if you know what I mean
