HI girls, Im on a mission to drop the 9 lbs Ive put on since the wedding
I go spinning 4 times a week but am working from home today and thinking of getting out for a walk in the local park - which takes 30mins- instead. Prob better off to spin though? 30min power walking prob isnt better than 45min spin is it? What do you girls think? x

I think, any exercise is good for you let's face it... Power walking is very good for you, and in addition I think change is perfect, doing different things makes you feel good and not get bored.. Do both As you see fit, just DO IT!

Also drink water ... eat well... and sleep well.

It's not better than the spinning, but it's not bad either of course. The spinning is more intense and longer-duration, which means you'll burn more calories.

Then again, if you always do the same type of exercise, your body adapts to it to a certain extent as well...

So it's definitely not a bad thing to do.

And like you said, it can get your mind fresh too, which is worth something too, not least with regard to your overall motivation.

So in summary, good for you!
