Ok, I have a WII fit and I love playing on it. It is so fun just to mess around but I am not really seeing a fitness difference. I will play no matter what, but I would like to know if you guys think that it really would work for a fitness goal?

Any time you're moving your body around in any capacity its going to burn calories and be good for you. Seeing results will depend on the intensity you do it, the amount of time and if you have also changed your diet etc...
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

I have Wii Fit & Wii Fit Plus and feel I get a pretty good workout when I do it for like an hour but I don't do it enough to really notice if it is working. I also have My Fitness Coach and it works well also as far as making you break a sweat and feeling like you got a good workout in (if you do it for like 45-60 minutes).

Good to notice this .. I have an idea of sharing something with you all..!! Yoga + workout will be very good and the results were fabulous too..!!

Yoga is a spiritual exercise as well as a physical one and can assist in a healthy mindset. The practice of yoga has long been associated with the spiritual being and many that take part are doing it for mental strength over physical. 15 minutes of yoga in the morning will clear the mind and prepare you for a successful day at work. If you have a lot on your mind and can't seem to relax or de-stress then consider yoga as a method to induce tranquility into your day.

    Will..!!

    starjoy,

I love the Wiifit stuff when I need to move around but don't feel like doing a full workout OR it's also really great when you only have 15-20 mintues and don't want to go to the gym. I also like the Just Dance on Wii when you wanna squeeze in workout and social time 30 minutes of that and I can definitely feel a good sweat starting
