    Ok so here's the deal--

I'm very naturally slim and athletic but I want to do something other than the gym which gets boring to me. I want to try something a bit more exciting & intense that will yield results. I've been hearing a lot of buzz about both P90x and Insanity. Has anyone tried any of these?? Comments/opinions please.

I'm not in this to lose any insane amount of weight or anything--I'm very comfortable in my 5'8" 128lb frame--I simply want to gain strength, muscle tone, & flexibility.

And hey, if you've tried something else that worked for you and your goal was similar to mine, please share!!

    Thanks guys!!

    Hi
I use P90X great exercises for overall and esp arms. We do Strectch and Yoga each 1 x per week. Weights every other day. Good combinations and muscle confusion. Worth it- better than paying someone to come workout with you.

So far I've done the Yoga and the Polymetrics and both are incredible workouts. You WILL sweat, your muscles WILL burn, and you'll definitely feel results if you stick with it. And it's an incredible feeling to be able to be able to get a great workout like that without ever having to leave your home. If you go for it, be sure to have some hand weights, a yoga mat, and a strength band.

I'm going to start on the chest/back this weekend.

I can definitely recommend it too. I love these workouts.

Like Beautiful Disaster said, the best thing for me is that you can do this stuff at home. I do suggest you train all your body parts, not just specific parts alone.

But if you stick with this, you'll definitely burn, and you feel like you're really 'getting busy'. I like that

es , i and my brother just completed our first 90 days, and im 7days into round 2. I can say that p90x is a kind of addictive cause i cannot stop it when i finished my first round. But it's really more a fitness program than weight loss program. Since u do it, not only the fact Does drop off, also u gain a lot of muscle, and the lbs drop off.

    Default P90x

    Hello everyone

So i've decided to try the P90x program. (just a little background on myself) I'm 16 and i've always been a little over weight. Last year I went from being 187 to 156 which i'm pretty happy about but iive reached a point that I can't find much that I haven't done. I've done basically all exercises and some gym classes in my school are doing some of the P90x workouts and they say they're great. My brother also did them last year to build muscle for track and it really worked for him. So I wanted to try it out.

I was just wondering who else has done this program and what have your results been?? Hopefully this program will help me gain some muscle so I can burn some more fat and lose so more weight

    Thanks!
