Default Workout Routine Help !!

I am actually wanting to gain a few pounds (25 yrs old and weigh 95lbs) yet get rid of the flabby tummy (2 pregnancies!) and tone all my muscles. Any suggestions on workout routines like what I should do each night I go? I want to go at least 3 nights a week mainly for cardio and a few machines but I have a bench & dumbells home.

So what I'm needing is a plan! And I dont know where to start! Also I'd like purchase some DVD workout videos that focus on mainly abs! Know of any good ones?

I have had 3 kids and I LOVE the Firm workout series! My muscles are tones and a flat tummy after 3 kids is awesome! you can look on ebay for the abs workout by them or different videos they have OR you can go online and by the Firm Workout that comes with videos and the step up thing. You will love and it will work your butt off( it did mine lol)
I also do Pilate's and the Total Gym I love them also and I don't get bored

Hello There,
I have had one child and I have to eat really health in order to keep my stomach flat. Also muscle weighs more than fat so if you gain muscle by weights and cardio then ultimately you will gain weight. The good kind of weight. I work-out 5 times a week. Here is what I do. Hope this helps!
Day 1 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / Triceps & Biceps
Day 2 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / legs
Day 3 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / abs
Day 4 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / shoulders and back
Day 5 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / I alternate any one of the above again
I learned how to do exercises effective exercises through purchasing a subscription of Women's Health.
