    hello all..i hv practiced yoga for 4months but i tuk break i observed tht i have gained weight , if v stop yoga vll gain weight?? and which one is the best exercise to loose weight im doing skipping..pls do reply me

    Exercise is only a portion.. What is your eating pattern like ? Do you drink water?

    If yoga is your exercise, and you stop exercising ... you'll most likely gain weight.
    The best exercise is one that YOU personally enjoy, and that keeps you as active as you need to be. You can walk or jog around the neighborhood or do some cardio dance videos in your home if you're tired of yoga. There are a lot of other options, those are just some suggestions.
