loosing weight is not easy you need to have patience and discipline to your self. That's what i do to my self i gain those two things and i lose weight. I do aerobics 2 to 3 hours everyday, 2hours in the morning and 1hour in the afternoon. it's hard but it's really feel good. My techniques for eating is avoiding oily and fat foods,sweet foods like chocolate if i want something sweet to eat i alternate fruit coz it's more healthy and now i'm trying to eat foods with low carbs.Now i've lose 10 pounds in almost 3 months,if you are really dedicated of what you are doing it will gain something good.
