That all depends on what you are doing at the gym. Make sure you are getting all 3 categories in your workouts: cardio, strength training, and flexibility in order to see your results. It takes time but you should slowly start seeing improvements If you are trying to lose weight then remember it boils down to how many calories you are eating vs. how many calories you are burning total in a given day. Keep up the good work and you will see your changes!

That may vary. Maybe you should try taking your measurements that way you can see the results in inches that you may not otherwise notice just by looking at your body. Also you current weight seems right on for your height. Are you trying to lose wieght?

I'm trying to lose 5pounds,cause i have little of belly fat and i go to the gym to get firm(especially arms and belly).I workout for an hour/an hour and a half,4times a week(i do all 3 categories each time),i 'm eating no more than 1000/1200 calories a day and I can easily lose weight. The thing is i'm really impatient to see some changes on my belly and arms! Will i be able to see improvements in a month or it's too soon?

You know you may lose 5 pounds and see no change, or only a small change in your stomach. Unfortunately you can't really chose where the "fat" comes from. IF you want to tone specific parts of your body try focusing more on those parts. For your arms use weights and since you go to the gym, use the different equipment they have for abs, and do crunches. Because you are at a healthy weight now, I don't think it is necessary to work out everyday. Its good to at least have a day of rest, and take a day between each session of the weight training/lifting you will be doing for your arms.

Nah, women don't bulk up like men. You'll get toned and that's good.

I think after my epiphany it took me about 1 month to drop considerable weight with the proper diet and workout regime.

According to your previous posts, you want to lose 5 pounds.
Going 4 times a week to lose 5 pounds seems a bit much.
Depending on what you want to achieve, you can adapt your training regime and routine.
To cut down on the fat, cardio is the basis (running, rowing, cycling, ...) with respect to your limits concerning the maximum heart rates.
Another exercise that is good but not very appealing is to jump the rope.
It provides great benefits (cardio, coordination) if you can get your mind into it.

As for weight lifting, better lose some body fat before adding muscles on them
