Of course, being as tall as I am, I'm pretty much taller than 99.99% of all women, and that seems to be appreciated.
Tex, finding clothes that fit can be hard or expensive or both when you are tall. When I was young I had a 36" inseam, and a 33" waist along with a 37" or 38" sleeve. Do you have problems getting things that fit at times?

It can be difficult. I'm not fat but I still have a large waist at 40" and I've found that often the pants that have the waist don't have the inseam and the other way around.

As we know height growth stops after a certain age. However, these calculations can be turned around through certain physical activities, exercises, right diet, and other things, which are important for human body’s growth. increase growth hormone release through exercise, nutrition and proper sleep. The one thing that controls growth is human growth hormone. It is usually in abundant supply in the body until a person reaches about 30, but there are many things that can interfere with it being utilized correctly, such as not getting enough sleep or being severely stressed in some way. People on here have mentioned having a growth spurt after beginning a routine with some type of exercise, and I would suppose that is probably because the increased exercise reduced the person's stress level and improved his/her sleep patterns. A doctor/endocrinologist can determine if there is a physical issue causing a diminished level of human growth hormone in the body, and if so, it can be replaced by injections. It would be worth being professionally evaluated, but don't let a lazy doctor tell you it's just genetic or your ethnicity. Keep looking until you find a doctor/endocrinologist who checks your hormone levels.

Excellent point Brian. But let me point out that doctors can check for your hormone levels but if you do not have a medical condition, they won't let you have the hormone injections. Those hormone injections are only valid for people with known pituitary conditions. I do not know if any doctor would give you hormone injections with "want to grow tall" as the reason. If you would check the other height increase forums, you would read the same reasoning. Doctors would not just inject people with HGHs if there is no medical condition. What you can do to somehow increase your height is to do stretching exercises. I do a hanging bar every morning and before I go to sleep. I understand that stretching DOES NOT increase height but it is better than nothing. If anything else, it will improve my posture, which is still a good thing
