    Cool personal training help/ideas

i've almost finished my Personal Training cert4 and i'm looking at making my target market women. I was hoping that i could get some feed back on what you enjoy and dont enjoy doing. There are some pretty fun ways to get fit without sloging it away whilst you do 100 lunges or squats with your trainer yelling at you.
I'm hoping to focus my sessions outside rather than in a typical gym.
Once i get some workouts ready i'll post them on her and hope to get some feed back. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on where you live and what age group/fitness level of women you're targeting. Are there trails in town where you live? A good workout for middle aged women who are not totally out of shape would be a good jog around a park and then doing body weight exercises on picnic benches and playground equipment.
Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard.
