I am currently hovering between a size 14 and a size 16 (i'm in Ireland btw) and I would much prefer to be back to my old ways of hovering between a size 12 and a size 14.

I eat healthy, enjoy the odd treat, maybe one cheat meal (ie take away) a week. I cycle everywhere and I mean everywhere, I probably cycle about 2/3 hours a day. I also walk about 1-1.5 hours a day with my dog (he's a great dane pup so it's a bit of a work out). I don't do any exercise other than what I've mentioned.

I just seem to have come to a kind of standstill. I can't seem to lose anymore weight or tone up anymore on the regime i'm on.

I don't do any toning exercises although I would love something to reduce down my love handles, my arms and tone up my stomach.

Let me point out I don't have the money to join a gym (they're just far too expensive) and I wouldn't be able to spare cash to buy expensive equipment.

Any tips would be very much appreciated.

Where do you walk your dog? You could add in some jogging when you're with him and stop off at park benches for some pushups and dips and then do 15-20 mins of ab exercises at home.

Jogging isn't advisable with great danes until they reach a certain age and he's not at that age yet. Plus, the park that I walk him in isn't the type of place you stop in, there are literally dogs everywhere, if i was to stop to do dips and pushups, there would be dogs crawling all over, including my own, he would think it's a game and try to balance his big bum on some part of my body haha

I have fitness dvds (which in fairness are really good) and I'm wondering if I was to build them into my weekly routine (they include different segments concentrating on different parts of the body) would this help with toning up. I've heard that variety is better when it comes to weight loss and toning up as your body gets used to routine and you just keep using the same muscles over and over again

True. Add those in for a month and see how you feel.
