So I went and got this video. I tried it this morning and from the looks of it if I keep this up I will see results. I really worked up a sweat (better then at my gym) and am really excited to keep with this video and see a good outcome.
I was just curious if anyone has tried the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels and if so, what the results may have been?
I am thinking about getting the video to add to my 3-4 days per week gym routine but wanted to make sure it would be effective along with what I'm already doing.
If anyone has any other ideas on videos or workouts that would be a good addition, the feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have done some Jillian Michaels videos and they are normally very good. They're tough, but if you just work your way up to it and be patient, you'll get there. Keep in mind that the absolute best thing you can do is to HELP your body give you the results you want by eating natural foods, lots of veggies and fruits and good lean proteins. Hope you get great results.
Glad to hear it seems to be working for you. I just got this and I am looking forward to adding this into my workout rotation a couple times a week as well. I know Jillian is known for kicking some butt BUT I also don't mind working my tail off if I am going to see results!!
