I think the new standard is one hour/5-6 days a week. If you're not losing weight and toning by what you are currently doing, up your intensity and make your workouts about 15-20 minutes longer, you should see results.![]()
How often should I be working out at the gym or at home? Right now I pretty consistantly go to the gym 5 days a week for about 30 to 45 mins a workout (mainly 30 though.) Along with that, occasionally a work out video with a weighted medicine ball at home, very occasionally.
I am trying to slim down my hips and thighs, flatten the tummy a little, and get more toned all over.
