I am not a professional, but take it from a girl you suffers the same problem. First,diet. Lean protein, veggies and a little fruit and grain. Second,cardio, especially walking and interval training. Pilates and yoga is great for pretty much everything. However, I have also found that building up the butt muscles will kind of pull the fat around from the saddlebags making them less noticable. I love the DVD Brazillian Butt Lift, my body is banging!
