Stair climber is great for your rear. Supermans are good for your core and butt as well.
Im getting ready for a beach holiday in september and am trying to tone my abs and buttocks. I work out at the gym several times a week but need to start concentrating on the specific areas...does anybody know any good exercises to target these areas?

I was going to suggest the superman-banana. That's a great exercise.
Walking lunges and donkey kicks are great for the buttocks.
