I'm not and have never been an athlete but under all my extra giggle I have a naturally athletic figure And feature...the calves for sure. What are some good exercises for the calves to make them look toned and tight regardless of the size. Mine are fairly large and muscular underneath. Thanks for reading...

Exercise for the calves:-I think this exercise is helpful.
Toe Raise:Stand with weights in hands.
    Feet placed shoulder distance apart.
Raise up on balls of feet.
Return to start position and repeat.

^ and for something a little extra, do that exercise on a stair so you can lower past the flat position.

Also, riding your bike is really good for calves.

I agree with the exercise using a bike. I just got my bike about a month and a half ago and after riding almost everyday for at least 8 miles a day, I already see a difference in my calves. My calves aren't really muscular and never really have been but that's what my bike is for. I'd love my legs to slim down as well as my midsection.

Okay. Is there a way to make them smaller or just defined and toned? I would love if I could actually make my calves smaller not just toned and defined!!!
