I love P90X! That program helped me lose 30 lbs in a few months! I think it's hard and people quit because they get sore. But, if you work through the soreness, and just go for it, do your best and forget the rest, you can really get awesome results! Go for it! If you need any help, or have any questions- let me know!

I didnt like P90X. I found it extremely boring, repetitive, and long. I have to supplement my own moves into the workout to get variety, especially for the legs workout. In that workout its basically how many different ways can one do a lunge. I like fast-paced aerobic workouts. Every once in awhile, when im not feeling very energetic but I want to do something, I will do those videos.

P90X is very much worth its weight in gold. Anything worth while is.....I have online workout buddies and I am currently finishing up my first round of the X now and I plan to move on to Insanity.....now that is some truly crazy stuff right there......P90x isn't the question it is about how bad you want it.

P90X sounds like it's the best out there for losing weight quickly. I'm planning to start it after finishing my degree...I don't have it in me right now to dedicate myself to both a degree and P90X as well as work and family.

I tried it and it's really hard to do. I would say that only healthy people should try it. If you have back pains and things like that it might be bad for you.

The PX90 is not really worth it..I run every day and eat really clean and have weight sessions and I am in the best shape of my life..What you see on the PX90 is just suggestions to show you that you can think out side of the box to use weights..I also have two kids and am really involved with the Playstation Move game that has all these workout and sports games that are motion control..so you can really get a god work out.and hey, it keeps my children in shape too!
