Question...is it bad to workout multiple times in a day? Not heavy working out but all of the weight and resistance type training with a little bit if the treadmill in the morning and then a half hour to an hour on the treadmill in the evening. I go around 6 in the morning because it helps wake me up but my fiance and I enjoy going to the gym together when he gets off work. What do you think..

I do this pretty often. Mostly because there are some days I can't fit a workout in and still get everything done and there are other days I have time in both the a.m. and the p.m. to do a workout. As long as you are drinking lots of water and it doesn't affect your sleep or something, go for it![]()

Hey ya just wanted to say hi to you all too! I often workout twice a day as long as its not the same type of thing. Its really made a difference with my weight too. I tend to do a class sometimes in the morning and a gym session in evening
