You can do something that works your upper body and do stretching for your legs. A light jog wouldn't hurt, may even loosen you up a bit, but don't go as hard as you did yesterday.
So I did a pretty good leg workout yesterday, and today I am pretty sore. Is it a bad idea to workout when you are still sore from the previous workout session????
