    Hi guys, i have a cocktail party coming up in a month, and iv picked the dress i would like to wear & it is pretty much a short, sexy style

    The problem is over the winter i have a littleeeee bit of a muffin top appearing, which i do not want to show in the dress because it is tight!! I would like to look and feel great, not hide it with those high undie thingos hahah

    Any tips to toning/ loosing this bit of annoying fat!? I am not overweight at all, just need to "tighten up" a bit & i figured it would be worth while as summer is coming anyway

    The only thing you could do in that time frame that would really show is just go out and run....everyday, and for a long time. Getting in shape takes time, toning takes even longer because you have to be in shape for any toning to show.

    If you made it a point to run for 30-45 mins a day/6 days a week, you could tone down the muffin top in a month.

    If you haven't been running, don't try to go out and do 30-45 minutes a day 6 days a week.

    I would suggest weight lifting and resistance exercises. You can see some difference in about 3 weeks or so. I doubt you could have the results you're looking for in that short of time though.

    Starting a couple of days before your party, really cut down on sodium and drink plenty of water, that will help some.

    I just don't think you have enough time to make a significant difference.
