    Default How do I get thicker toned thighs?

    I want my thighs to be a little thicker but toned too, are there any exercises I can do to make them look slightly thicker but feminine at the same time?

    The only way to make them look "thicker" is to either 1. Gain weight and even then there's no gaurantee it's going to make your thighs look bigger 2. Gain muscle

    OR...even better yet, realize that you're beautiful, you're you...... stop trying to look like someone else when you do a MUCH better job just being yourself.

    Do a search. Someone posted a similar thread a couple days ago in which suggestions were given.

    I'm not really trying to look like someone else, I want to look like myself, I don't like having small thighs. And at this piont I feel like there's nothing about myself to find beautiful. There's nothing beautiful about narrow hips, small thighs, a body like a 10 year old, and a square shaped nose. Sometimes I do feel cute but I want to feel sexy like the average 18 year old. At times I really don't know who I am. I want to be a confident, outspoken, positive young mind but its hard. But thanks anyway for the encouraging and positive words.

    I'm sorry, cg, I took a look at your albums again and I did not see anything wrong with you. You seem to be proportioned well. You look both cute and sexy to me.

    See now I disagree, I find women like Kim Kardashian and JLO to be digusting.. Where others find them beautiful. To me they just look like fat asses, but thats me. Different strokes different folks not everyone likes the same thing.

    To answer your question....I've been doing lunges, but I'm trying to get my legs leaner, but it's made a big difference in the muscle mass. My legs are definitely more defined and stronger now. Also been doing squats and a lot of walking, as well as other exercises. Also, you could try a higher protein diet, along with the strength training and that should add some mass.
