What would be the best way to tone without loosing weight?

I have dropped a lot of weight lately, and am now 56kg about 175cm tall so don't need to loose any more weight, but i would like to get fit and tone areas such as arms, belly, butt and thighs.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Muscle weighs more than fat, so I would say adding muscle through strength training. It's good for you in many ways! Also increase your protein intake if you do strength training.

I agree with LMA. Definitely strength training.

Without loosing weight is easy - Muscle mass is heavier than fat - but loosing "girth" is another thing... You may actually put on weight but get smaller.
Definately up your protein, maybe even add supplimental protein (shakes, etc) if you don't want to lose weight/mass.
