I'm not sure how to start a this post, so I'll just give it to you straight.

I would like to lose the lard on my stomach and I need adivce from other people since I can't seem to do it myself. Here are some basic facts about myself and my lifestyle.

    *I'm 18
    *5'10'
*I weigh 180-183 (depending on the day) and I weight myself the exact time every morning
*I walk/jog on my treadmill everyday for 20-25 minutes and if I'm not sweating heavily I will run until I am.
    *I do 100 crunches everyday
    *I eat exactly 1400 calories a day
*I eat 95.5 grams of protein a day, lots of vegetables, eggs, nuts, fiber, take vitamins, etc. etc.
*Drink at least 5 33.5 oz. bottles of water every day and nothing else.
*I do not eat/drink caffine, sugars, or more than 10 grams of fat a day ever.
    *I have never had babies

So what I would like to know, is why can't I get this dagum belly fat to dissolve? I've lost 100+ pounds in the last year and a half and I know I have some loose skin, some streach marks and a little oddly shaped but that's alright. I'm not doing this to get closer to a unrealistic bikini model look, I would just like to have less of a muffin top. Winter is almost over, and I will not be able to hide under a hoodie anymore.

It looks like a busted can of buiscuts when I sit down.

I would still like to lose 20 more pounds, but I have been stuck at this weight since November 21. I
can do crunches, crunches with weights, I have used exercise balls, pilates and I can feel they make my stomach hard, but my stomach still has chub!!! No matter how many months I practice these exercises, there is still no fat loss. I am not a sedartary person and I need a little help.
I'm not wealthy by any means, but if you have any adivce on exercise equipment that actually works for belly fat burning, I would be interested. I have been looking at this thing called a ab circle pro... Any advice would be appriciated!!

Thanks yall and have a nice day,
    -Sarah

it sounds like you're doing all the right things, and congrats on losing 100+ pounds that is awesome!!! have u talked to a dietician? maybe you could see one and work out some sort of meal plan/ work out plan that would be completely custom to your metabolism and body type. you could probably talk to your dr about that too but i think a nutritionist would be more beneficial in the long run. it sounds like everything youre doing is working awesome though so maybe its just one of those "it comes with time" things.

Thank you for your support . I think you are right, I may have to find myself a nutritionist or a doctor to help me get the rest of the way where I want to be. Do you have any idea how I would begin to look for a nutritionist? I live in rural Arkansas and the only doctors that are around here are home grown family doctors. I'm not sure where to start looking.

You are right, it is probably one of those "it comes with time things," but I can't help but be a little impatient lol. Thanks for your response

well i have no idea about how it is in arkansas but in montana (where im from) they have the hospital and then they have a clinic or mental health center and usually they have a nutritionist who works in the clinic building sometimes they have independent offices, and i dont think you would get the same effect as meeting one in person but there's always the possibility of finding one online or over the phone from a more urban area. and i know it can get frustrating waiting but i mean 100+ lb's already down that is AWESOME! i can honestly say i think i might know one or two women in my life that have actually stuck to something and made the HUGE of an accomplishment so GOOD FOR YOU!!!
