What does your trainer suggest? You probably need to have it checked by a doctor to know for certain what is wrong.
I hurt my knee last week while I was playing basketball. It's still hurting nearly two weeks later and I've been doing everything i normally do when i get hurt. I used RICE, i take ibuprofen, but nothing seems to be working. I mean i can still play on it because i have been, but I cant fully straighten it or lean on it. Also the back seems kind of swollen but I'm not sure since I can't straighten it out. I believe this happened when I tried to pivot and caught another player's foot, causing me to fall on my knee and then she fell on top of me. I hurt my right knee so I kind of rest on my left heel for balance and i point my right foot since i lead with it, thats my altered athletic stance, or it's what feels most comfortable. Doing this though, is causing my Achilles tendon to hurt.
I'm not sure what to do, I've never really experienced one thing hurting for this long. I'm trying to avoid another doctors visit since I've already had three in the past two months. Any advice?

Oh goodness. See a doctor.
If your looking for natural stuff I've been using Univera's Reginicare and Extra to repair my joints and knee's from he years of abuse. However it sounds like you've got some trauma to your knee and back and need to let it heal. Take some time off of the hard workouts, gently stretch to get blood flow there, but for goodness sakes see a trainer/doctor or something for quality medical advice.
Pain tells us something is wrong, if it persists like it is....it might be important enough to check out to prevent greater damage later.
