    hey i need some exercise workouts to lose weight on literally every part of my body so if anyone has any advise it'll be really useful cool

    Join a gym/fitness center that has a Concept2 rowing machine. Learn to use it correctly by going to their web site.

    It uses at least 18 muscles simultaneously and gives you a total body workout with one piece of equipment.

    Hi Paris, welcome.

    You know with fitness comes mental attitude, can do approach, a plan, dedication, walking, drinking water and no fat food, and changing diet.

    It's not as simple as getting fit, as your stating you need to lose weight everywhere...

    Do you sleep well?
    What is your usual breakfast, lunch, dinner.
    How much water do you drink.

    Can you walk up stairs for work or around the block at lunch time, if it's safe to do so...

    What do you do when you get home from work.

    Why do you want this so bad.

    What's your motivation
    Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
    if truth were to be told.

    Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

    If you want to lose weight all over , I would start running a few times a week. Running melts fat all over. Combining running and weight training 3 or 4 times a week. Good Luck!!
