    Hi

    I want to tone up! I am a 18yo girl & not overweight, i weight 53kg and im 152cm tall. I run 6 days a week, sometimes morning and night & i go to the gym once a week and mostly do weights and i eat healthy

    So my goal is to get a nice toned fit body, should i be doing anything more than this? If so what could i be doing..? Also how long would it take to see results if i kept this up?

    ya, at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 times a week should be fine, as long as you eat the right foods and keep a healthy lifestyle.
    The trauma of abuse is never fully gone from a person's consciousness. Its filthy stain leaves its residue on the soul forever.

    Toning involves burning fat and building muscle. Sounds like you have the fat burning part down with all the running. But once a week of weights probably isn't enough to see any real results. Try upping it to at least 3 times a week for the next couple of months and see how it goes.

    ...and ensure you are getting lots of protein or you will lose muscle while you are also burning fat.

    Stretch before doing any excersises. I cant stress this enough, as I have pulled muscles in the past not doing so.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I recently did something to one of my legs, and it really hurts when i run and a little when i walk ARGH! Im not sure what it is but im going to rest for a bit and see if it will go away..

    Would hand weight excersises at home 3 times a week and gym once a week be enough? Because i dont have enough money for the gym haha

    I also brought a natural protein shake
