Its not easy to say "just do it" especially when it comes to "just losing weight".. yet its not about weight more or less.. its about changing our habits and we all know its one of the most difficult things to accomplish.
In all honesty I have to admit the time I look my best is when i have decided and committed myself to a healthy routine of eating fruits, small healthy meals and running. It is all easier said than done but if I can do it, anyone can, so set your mind to i will "JUST DO IT" and you can accomplish the weight loss- I promise (and I never break promises). Good luck and I hope this serves as some kind of encouragement and motivation. |

I agree! I was in the best shape of my life when I started running 5 times a week and eating salads and fruit! However, this was almost 2 years ago! I really am trying to lose some weight, but it is really is hard. For now, my goal is 5 pounds. Hopefully, I can lose 10 or 15 by the end of the summer! How much weight did you lose, paralia?
