Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.
Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
you must believe!
Right now I'm fighting a nasty bug that's got me coughing and pretty fevered so I've fallen behind in my every-other-day 1/2 hour run. I know hard cardio can only make you worse when your sick, but what about a nice bike ride? Or a leisurely stroll?
It can be hard to stay motivated but one thing that I find really drives me is that feeling just *right* after I finish what I was supposed to do for that day, that mix of a little buzz and that triumphant high where my mind yells "You did it! YEAH YOU DID!".
I read somewhere too that keeping an article of clothing that you want to fit into on the back of your door or someplace visable can be motivating, but an outfit can be too daunting. I'm not sure how I feel about this since it kind of goes against my philosophy when it comes to working out, which is do it to feel better, not to look better. Looking better is just a side effect.
Today I managed to do 20 minutes of circuit trainting from Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatium 2010 which I just picked up for my Wii. Anyone else have any success with Wii training?
The first step to losing weight, getting your body in shape, or to be fit is to start exercising. Exercising does not have to be extreme, nor does it have to be a burden. Each person should exercise depending on how much his body can take, and the purpose of exercising. For example, if it is to lose weight, then the exercise need not be vigorous, and can just involve simple routines like running, skipping, aerobics, etc. If it’s to develop a particular body part, say the biceps, then the exercise becomes a bit on the serious side, with several repetitions and variations in weights. Whatever the case, exercise is something that every person should be doing, because the body needs to be healthy. There are various ways a person may exercise: alone, at home, with a partner, or at a gym. Gyms are the most common places where people go to exercise, as gyms contain trained coaches, as well as facilities for several people to use their equipment at once, so you build connections, too! Whatever the reason, it is very important to choose the right place to exercise, as a place with improper facilities or ignorant staff can soon turn your exercising dreams to a painful and damaging reality.

I found a special and a very useful way to stay fit, without jogging, aerobics or any other workout activities. Try out doing you household chores that require physical activity to burn out those extra calories. You will be surprised, home looks better, things are maintained well and most importantly, you stay fit.
Went to the gym today after work did a strength class and a stress relieving yoga class. Was very hard and tiring but i got through itThis is also after having Kindergarten all day!
