Last night I was on day 3 of the 30 day shred by Julian Michaels. I had never before experienced what I experienced last night. After 20 minutes of working out I suddenly felt very ill. I was dizzy, felt like I was going to pass out and severely nauseauted. I spent some time in the bathroom feeling like I was going to throw up but never did, then just ended up in bed for hours on end because of the dizziness. I had water before and after I had to stop working out. My heart rate was up pretty high and it did take awhile for it come back to resting. I did not experience chest pain or numbness.

    Anyone ever experienced that?

    Sure doesn't sound healthy!
Maybe you need to find a less radical plan?

That can happen if your workout is very intense. Every time I do an intense cardio section, I feel like I am going to die lol. but hard work pays off.

Yea this is "normal" but shouldn't be something you should be striving for each training session. Sometimes can be attributed to a drop in blood sugar levels too so some juice can help you recover.

Perhaps decrease the intensity. You might also notice that the next time you do the same workout, your body may adapt considerably.

    Good luck!

Sounds to me like your body is telling you to "back off" a little bit on the level of intensity.
