    Part of this is just having a young woman's body. As you mature you will fill out a bit. In my late teens/early 20s I had as a bf put it, pelvic bones you could cut yourself on. Over time I gained about 5 lbs (lot more than that now - bleh) and the "padding" shifted a little that was no longer the case. LOL the man in my life currently tells me in addition to having perfect little boobs, that I have a perfect butt too. If this keeps up I expect to reach absolute perfection at some point LOL. Just hang in there in until you pass 50 and you'll be approaching perfection too!

    Just remember....

    The key to the one exercise I attempted to describe previously....is to really lift that knee up as high as you can...to really engage and focus on those glutes! You should feel it in your butt each time you raise your knee...one then the other!

    I do what I can with the gifts I've been given.

    Thank you again. In my last workout I did that exercise and the next couple of days, I could really feel it. And my only problem with the whole young womens body and maturing thing is I am 100% the younger version on my grandmother, and she was just skin and bones her whole life, never got over 100lbs even when she tried, and I am having the same problem. Hopefully, I can do better, I just have to keep at it. Thanks for all the advice!

    Unfortunately, none of us get to pick our parent's or their parent's. So all of us can only do the best with what we've been given.
